Armaven is a coined from two words Arm and Maven (Arm + Maven = Armaven). Taking the meaning "to equip" for Arm and "An Expert" for Maven, Armaven means "to equip an expert".

He has a strong back ground of Fifteen years of industrial experience, During which he has traveled to countries like Australia, Japan, China, Hong-kong, Arab countries, South Africa, Brazil and Argentina. With his vast knowledge in Human Resource and corporate management he founded Armaven consultancy Pvt. Ltd. which is incorporated in 2007.
