- Is there any service charge i need to pay, If I get a job through Armaven?
- Candidate need not pay any service charges for the job placement service.
- Can I apply for the job if my salary is above than the range given in the job ad or posting?
- In the Salary range, the higher limit is the maximum cost the company can spent for the particular opening.If all the criteria are matching and your salary is lower than their range, Don't miss this, apply immediately. If your salary is 10 to20% higher than their higher limit, still you can try. There is a chance if there nobody available in their range. If your salary is more than 20% of their higher range, the chances are less.
- I have exactly matching experience as per the job ad except that I don’t have software tool key skills exposure, can I apply for it?
- Not required. Any specific Software tools related to the job is very important criteria.
- What shall I do, if i don't find any matching job in Armaven Job listing?
