Job Description: Operate telephone board to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information, taking messages and scheduling appointments, Open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail. Schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars for MD. Maintaining the Address book of vendors/employees/suppliers/landlords. Make travel arrangements for consultants/managers. Assisting managers in drafting letters .

Years of Experience: 2 to 4 years.

Qualification: Any Degree
