Job Description: Modify existing Financial policy to meet organization standards, Effective team management, Financial budget, planning and analysis through systems and controls, Creating a Fund Management Strategy to maximize returns and minimize risk, Recommend capital structure through thought process, analysis, and reports,Responsible for taxation, statutory compliance, audit and reporting. Internal Audit & controls; participating in external audits. Analyze capital needs; Maintain business relations with Banks, Auditors, Statutory authorities and Financial Intermediaries. Ensure smooth accounting operations in corporate office and at all sites. Periodical MIS on Financial transaction. Advice Top management on the Ways & Means in meeting the best of Financial ratio indicators. Ensure Functional Manpower is within Budget, optimizing / utilizing the Manpower to a higher productivity

Years of Experience: 5 to 10 years.

Qualification: MBA / MCOM / ICWA / CA inter
