Job Location: Chennai- Porur.

Job Description: Warehouse activities including maintenance of stocks and related documentation, RG23 Register maintenance, Excise Gate pass preparation, making despatches, liasing with transporter, ensuring adherence to governmental rules and regulations.

Stock arrangement, Vessel tracking, co-ordination with shipping agents and customers for delivery of goods, Follow-up for receipted Mate Receipts and challans after supply, and with transporters for signed Lr’s and Bills. Stock/ Receipts/Despatches updation at Warehouse software . Despatch Monitoring with Godowns / Supply Status. Despatch Details to HO. Checking of Marine supply documents and submitting to A/C for billing.
Checking of material received from the Factory/returned material. Excise Invoice and ARE 1 generation

Years of Experience: 4 to 8 years.

Qualification: Any

Salary: 13,000 per month
