c) Regular Monitor implement of work procedure and rule.
d) Daily management of Dept.
e) Performance check, train for staff of team
f) Coordination different dept.
g) Report of work target of monthly and annually Budget
h) Make purchase budget of year, implement after approve Plan
i) According to monthly manufacture plan and rolling sale plan and material storage make monthly purchase plan
j) Carry out purchase plan after approve

k) Make, Audit, signature, contract and P. O
l) Contract and P. O management and register
m) control Carry out contract and P. O Cost control
n) Purchase cost control, obtain assess target
o) Report purchase status submit list of purchase report
p) Material storage inventory control and carry out turnover rate target. Communication of purchase manage
q) look for and survey supplier resource. Control supplier channel
